Account and license data

The server stores your email, display name, phone number for manual registration, the time and version of the terms accepted, a hashed password if set, hashed keys, and an encrypted copy of the key for display in the portal. It also stores hashed device identifiers, license session status, and operational audit records.

Sign in to the website with Google

When you choose Google sign-in, the website verifies Google-signed information and stores your Google identifier, name, and email to create or link an account. It does not request your Google password, store Google tokens, or ask for permission to read Gmail or Google Drive. MeoVideoAI session cookies keep you signed in; signing out pauses automatic Google sign-in for 24 hours in this browser.

Password changes by email

When you request a password change, the website sends a one-time verification code to your account email through the configured mail service. The server stores only a keyed digest of the code, expires it after 10 minutes, and locks it after five failed attempts. A successful password change revokes active website and Tool sessions; the website does not request permission to read your inbox.

Data kept on your computer

Browser profiles, cookies, provider passwords, OTPs, CAPTCHAs, media files, local logs, and Dola/Google login sessions are not uploaded to the License Server.

Tools operational statistics

Starting with version 2.0.11, Tools periodically sends aggregate counters for completed or failed image/video generation attempts, added accounts and accounts with a login session confirmed by Tools. Reports include the application version and counter-series identifier, linked to the license account and device so administrators can monitor quality, support customers and avoid duplicate counts. Reports do not contain Gmail/Facebook addresses, passwords, cookies, API keys, prompts, images or videos. Statistics are retained while the account is operated; contact support to request handling or deletion of related data. These application operational statistics are separate from the website analytics choice below.

How data is used

Account data supports portal login, license issuance and checks, the one-device limit, device changes, and protection against abuse. If you consent to measurement, behavioral data is used to assess the website experience and conversion performance.

Website measurement is your choice

Only after you consent does the website record sessions, page names, traffic source groups, device types, active time while a page is visible, scroll depth, and steps such as viewing prices, selecting a plan, opening checkout, or contacting support. It does not record form contents, passwords, API keys, raw IP addresses, or screen recordings. Consenting sessions may be linked to successful registrations and orders to calculate conversion rates; revenue always comes from server-side payment status.

If configured by an administrator, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Meta Pixel load on public information pages only after you consent. These services may receive browser, page, and interaction information under their own policies. Internal measurement history is used to compare website performance over time. Open “Measurement preferences” to decline or withdraw consent; the current measurement session's cookie and data will be deleted, while order data needed for operations is retained. Contact support for requests about data from earlier sessions.

Security and retention

Web sessions use HttpOnly/Secure cookies, passwords use PBKDF2-SHA256, and displayed keys are encrypted with a key stored separately from the database. Audit records are retained for support and operational security.
